Digital growth studio · India

We build the website, fix the search and grow the channel.

NextAlerts helps small businesses, brands and creators get found online and turn that attention into enquiries. Websites, SEO, social media, ads and YouTube, handled by one small team that reports honestly.

The first month

What actually happens after you say yes

No three-month discovery phase. Here is the rough shape of the first four weeks on a typical monthly engagement.

Week 1

Audit and access

We get access to what exists, look at the numbers and list the problems in order of what costs you the most.

Week 2

Fix the basics

Tracking, Google Business Profile, broken pages, channel settings. Boring fixes that usually pay off first.

Week 3

First new work

New pages, first batch of content or the first ad campaigns go live, based on the plan you approved.

Week 4

Report and next plan

A one-page report on what changed, what we learned and exactly what the next month looks like.

How we work

A few rules we do not bend

  • 01
Everything in your nameDomains, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and channels belong to you from day one.
  • 02
No fake numbersNo bought followers, views or reviews. They look good for a week and can get accounts penalised.
  • 03
Results over activityWe report enquiries, sales, watch time and rankings, not how many posts we made.
  • 04
Honest about timelinesSEO takes months, ads can work in days, channels take consistency. We say so upfront.
Why us

We run our own YouTube channels and websites, so we test ideas on our own money first.

Titles, thumbnails, upload schedules, landing pages and ad setups get tried on our own projects before we recommend them to anyone else.

That keeps the advice practical. If something only works in a slide deck, we do not sell it.

FAQ

Before you get in touch

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Mostly small and growing businesses in India, plus creators and brands selling online. Clinics, coaching institutes, restaurants, local services, D2C brands and YouTube channels make up most of our work.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Websites are fixed-price projects. Monthly services like SEO, social media, ads and YouTube run month to month once the first month is done.

Who owns the website, accounts and content?

You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts, Search Console, channels and files are set up in your name. If we part ways, nothing is held back.

How do you report results?

A short monthly report in plain language: what we did, what changed, and what we will do next. For ads we report cost per lead or sale, not just clicks.

How do we start?

Fill in the contact form. We reply within one working day, have a short call, and send a written plan with a fixed price.

Tell us what you are trying to grow

A website that brings in calls, a channel that finally takes off, or ads that stop wasting money. Send a few lines and we will reply within one working day.
